So we've finished the first day of the ride - and so far so good - some amazing scenery in Cornwall. We had some fantastic cream teas too - let's see if Devon can compete tomorrow!

No major mishaps, just a couple of punctures, which are pretty quick to fix when you have gas canisters. Definitely recommend them!

Some people are taking recovery very seriously. James is currently icing his legs in the bath and from the noises I'm hearing it doesn't sound like he's enjoying it at all! We'll see how his legs are tomorrow!
